Failure to follow the instructions below will likely result in a problem. Please follow them carefully.
Mac Users
- If you use Safari, please update your settings to prevent auto-unzipping:
- Safari > Preferences > General
- Uncheck "Open Safe Files After Downloading"
- Safari > Preferences > General
- Use Firefox or Safari to download as they support download resuming.
- Download the zip file for your DVD or Blu-ray when it's ready. You will receive an email notification.
- Install The Unarchiver (free program). Alternatively you can use BetterZip (not free) if you encounter issues with The Unarchiver.
- Extract the ISO file by selecting the zip file on your drive, then:
- Right-Click > Open With > The Unarchiver
- Right-Click > Open With > The Unarchiver
- Burn the ISO image to disc:
- Insert a blank disc into the optical drive.
- If you use El Capitan or newer | version: 10.11 or above:
- Control-click the ISO file, choose "Burn Disc Image [disc name] to Disc" from the shortcut menu, then click "Burn."
- If you use Yosemite or prior | version: up to 10.10:
- Open Disk Utility.
- Click the Burn icon in the toolbar, select the ISO file in the dialog that appears, then click "Burn.
Windows Users
- Download the zip file for your DVD or Blu-ray when it's ready. We recommend the Firefox browser as it supports download resuming.
- Extract the ISO file by double-clicking the zip file and dragging the ISO into another folder on your computer.
- Right click and burn the ISO.
